Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Hotel Cristal, I was genuinely impressed by their exceptional attention to detail that exceeded my high expectations as a frequent traveler. The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a lovely terrace that offered breathtaking views of the mountains, perfect for unwinding after a long day of hiking. I was particularly grateful for the thoughtful inclusion of free toiletries and a flat-screen TV, which made my stay feel even more luxurious and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always willing to help, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. The continental breakfast was delightful, providing a delicious start to the day, while the charming communal space encouraged relaxation and socializing. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Cristal for anyone seeking a memorable and cozy retreat in the mountains, where every detail has been carefully curated for guest satisfaction.
